• Source candidates and manage candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews and feedback sessions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience focused on technical and digital talent acquisition
• Proven success in filling roles within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search strategies
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
• Strong stakeholder management experience
