Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, high-risk investigations and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risk
- Prepare and present executive summaries and updates to leaders and cross-functional teams
- Analyze workplace issues and develop proactive strategies to enhance engagement and reduce risk
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or an investigative environment
- 5 years of proven leadership experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and their applications
- Experience in applying employee relations principles
- Ability to incorporate new practices into enterprise change initiatives
