Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Senior Manager responsible for centralized employee relations support and conducting workplace investigations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, high-risk investigations and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risk
  • Prepare and present executive summaries and updates to leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Analyze workplace issues and develop proactive strategies to enhance engagement and reduce risk
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or an investigative environment
  • 5 years of proven leadership experience
  • Knowledge of employment laws and their applications
  • Experience in applying employee relations principles
  • Ability to incorporate new practices into enterprise change initiatives
