Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and People Operations to enhance compensation program systems and processes


Required Qualifications
  • 6-8+ years of experience in compensation, focusing on analytics and program implementation
  • Familiarity with equity compensation and market benchmarking processes
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred
  • Deep knowledge of compensation best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in fast-growing SaaS organizations is a plus
