Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership and HRBPs to provide insights on compensation trends and program effectiveness
- Design and execute compensation programs, including leading annual compensation review cycles
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and People Operations to enhance compensation program systems and processes
Required Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of experience in compensation, focusing on analytics and program implementation
- Familiarity with equity compensation and market benchmarking processes
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of compensation best practices and regulatory requirements
- Experience in fast-growing SaaS organizations is a plus
