Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation in the performance marketing space
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline while fostering inclusive hiring practices
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a performance marketing agency
  • Experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, and related fields
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • In-depth knowledge of recruiting strategies and techniques with a proven track record
  • Basic knowledge of compliance and legal requirements across multiple countries
