Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation in the performance marketing space
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline while fostering inclusive hiring practices
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a performance marketing agency
- Experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, and related fields
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting strategies and techniques with a proven track record
- Basic knowledge of compliance and legal requirements across multiple countries
