Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Services Assistant District Director - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support supervisors with screening reports of child abuse and oversee after-hour emergency responses
• Assist the Director in evaluating, monitoring, and strengthening practices that support children, families, and staff
• Create and implement ongoing staff training and manage complex staff schedules for adequate coverage

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or public administration AND two years in a managerial, supervisory, or program administration role in a human services program
• OR Bachelor's degree AND three years in a managerial, supervisory, or program administration role in a human services program
• Experience in Child Protective Services or Juvenile Justice is preferred
