Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with finance and HR teams to ensure position data aligns with budgets and tracks vacancies
- Maintains accurate position control records and manages the job requisition review process in Oracle HCM
- Analyzes workforce data to identify trends and generates reports to support staffing decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources, workforce planning, or finance with a focus on analytics
- Preferred experience in a healthcare environment
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Experience with HCM/HRIS systems
