Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into configuration specifications and ensure successful implementation of system enhancements
- Perform QA and testing on system changes, and maintain related documentation
- Act as the main point of contact for new hires, ensuring effective communication and resolution of onboarding issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Avature system administrator
- Core understanding of HR business processes, including full lifecycle recruiting
- Experience with HR systems, particularly in the Talent Acquisition space
- Knowledge of core HRIS systems such as SAP
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred
