Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the onboarding process for newly hired employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into configuration specifications and ensure successful implementation of system enhancements
  • Perform QA and testing on system changes, and maintain related documentation
  • Act as the main point of contact for new hires, ensuring effective communication and resolution of onboarding issues
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Avature system administrator
  • Core understanding of HR business processes, including full lifecycle recruiting
  • Experience with HR systems, particularly in the Talent Acquisition space
  • Knowledge of core HRIS systems such as SAP
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred
