Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Compliance Assistant Director to ensure HR operations align with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee HR compliance policies and procedures in partnership with the CCO
- Lead compliance risk assessments and conduct testing to identify program gaps
- Provide legal and technical advice on employment laws and serve as a compliance advisor on major projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of relevant experience in compliance, employment law, or risk management
- Proven experience in building or enhancing a compliance program
- Deep knowledge of HR practices and the regulatory landscape
- Project management capabilities are a plus
