Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Compliance Assistant Director to ensure HR operations align with laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and oversee HR compliance policies and procedures in partnership with the CCO
  • Lead compliance risk assessments and conduct testing to identify program gaps
  • Provide legal and technical advice on employment laws and serve as a compliance advisor on major projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in compliance, employment law, or risk management
  • Proven experience in building or enhancing a compliance program
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices and the regulatory landscape
  • Project management capabilities are a plus
