A company is looking for an Executive Assistant and Project Manager to provide high-level administrative and project support to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive executive assistance, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Lead and coordinate HR-related projects, overseeing timelines and deliverables
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for the Board of Trustees
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred
- Four years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in higher education and human resources preferred
- Project management experience is required
- Advanced technology proficiency is necessary
