Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAIL Case Manager Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the case management team, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Facilitates team meetings and provides supervision to review complex cases and support professional development
• Implements quality assurance measures and conducts audits to ensure compliance with Navy standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology
• Current, valid, and unrestricted clinical license for independent practice in relevant fields
• Two years of full-time clinical experience post-independent licensure or certification
• At least five years of specialized experience in providing clinical counseling supervision
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
