Job Summary
A company is looking for a Festival Associate Manager, Belonging.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Festival-specific initiatives to promote inclusivity and belonging within the community
- Oversee the internal incident reporting process and collaborate with partners to ensure proper functioning
- Develop and facilitate training materials on belonging and available resources for internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in DEIAB, event management, or HR functions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Familiarity with mental health support resources and incident reporting systems
- Strong project management and organizational skills
