Job Summary

A company is looking for a Festival Associate Manager, Belonging.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Festival-specific initiatives to promote inclusivity and belonging within the community
• Oversee the internal incident reporting process and collaborate with partners to ensure proper functioning
• Develop and facilitate training materials on belonging and available resources for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in DEIAB, event management, or HR functions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies
• Familiarity with mental health support resources and incident reporting systems
• Strong project management and organizational skills
