Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
• Build and manage full-cycle recruiting processes to deliver a high-quality pipeline of technical talent
• Source, engage, and assess candidates for various technical roles, particularly in AI/ML engineering

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience, with 3+ years in-house at a high-growth tech company
• Demonstrated success hiring across engineering, product, and design functions
• Proven ability to attract and hire AI/ML engineers or related specialized technical talent
• Strong experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to close
• Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing platforms
