- Demonstrated success hiring across engineering, product, and design functions
- Proven ability to attract and hire AI/ML engineers or related specialized technical talent
- Strong experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to close
- Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing platforms
