Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the national benefits administration strategy to attract and retain employee benefit clients
- Recruit, manage, and develop the benefits administration team, including training and performance management
- Oversee vendor and partner relationships to ensure alignment with business goals
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Employee Benefits, HR Technology, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven ability to assess data and financial metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvement
- Understanding of HR functions and processes
- Strong team management capabilities with the ability to guide teams toward successful delivery of project goals
