A company is looking for a Director of People & Culture Technology and Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of HRIS platforms and ensure compliance with business needs
- Oversee centralized P&C service delivery including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management
- Deliver enterprise-wide HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making and workforce planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, shared services, or HR operations leadership
- Deep expertise in HRIS platforms, data governance, and service delivery models
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or highly regulated industries preferred
- Strong analytical and change management skills
