A company is looking for a Recruiter, G&A and Non-Tech for a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Support hiring across G&A and non-technical functions, adapting approaches for different teams
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles, including sourcing and offer negotiation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in finance, operations, marketing, and sales
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a growth-stage startup or top-tier tech company
- Strong working knowledge of ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing platforms (HireEZ preferred)
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on building diverse, values-aligned teams
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and engage with technical talent communities
