Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical (IT) roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Develop a strong pipeline of candidates for various IT and technical roles while collaborating with hiring managers
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on technical (IT) recruitment
- Strong hands-on experience in sourcing resumes from various platforms
- Proven experience in the Chennai recruitment market
- Fluency in Tamil, both written and verbal
- Experience recruiting for US or EU markets is a plus
