A company is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead market analysis and compensation surveys to develop and align pay strategies
- Manage global compensation and benefits processes, including merit, bonus, and equity cycles
- Design and oversee benefits programs and collaborate with HR Analytics for decision-making support
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant compensation and benefits experience
- Strong analytical, project management, and process management skills
- Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices
- Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL, and/or survey management tools is a plus
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
