Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resource Service Center Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Researches and resolves inquiries submitted to the HCM Case Management system, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Manages the case management escalation process and adheres to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Assists with core HR processes, including onboarding, terminations, and program implementations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred; or a High School Diploma/GED with three years of relevant experience
- 1+ years of experience in a Human Resources service center or customer service role
- 1+ years of experience with HR systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft
- Knowledge of HR administration policies and practices related to benefits and payroll
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
