Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resource Service Center Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Researches and resolves inquiries submitted to the HCM Case Management system, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Manages the case management escalation process and adheres to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Assists with core HR processes, including onboarding, terminations, and program implementations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred; or a High School Diploma/GED with three years of relevant experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a Human Resources service center or customer service role
  • 1+ years of experience with HR systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft
  • Knowledge of HR administration policies and practices related to benefits and payroll
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
