Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Recruiter - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Source and recruit candidates using various methods and conduct interviews
• Onboard new employees and provide analytical recruiting reports to the team

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience recruiting in the DoD/government contracting space
• Experience recruiting in the cleared space
• Hands-on experience with various interview types and selection processes
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Prior military experience preferred
