Key Responsibilities
- Lead global compensation programs aligned with Total Rewards strategy, focusing on pay, incentives, and benchmarking
- Develop compensation models and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
- Manage a team of compensation analysts and oversee annual merit cycles and compliance with pay regulations
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business, economics, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in compensation or compensation management consulting
- 5+ years of people management experience, including coaching and developing talent
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with compensation survey providers and job leveling methodologies
