Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Global Compensation to lead the design and management of compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global compensation programs aligned with Total Rewards strategy, focusing on pay, incentives, and benchmarking
  • Develop compensation models and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
  • Manage a team of compensation analysts and oversee annual merit cycles and compliance with pay regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in compensation or compensation management consulting
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including coaching and developing talent
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with compensation survey providers and job leveling methodologies
