A company is looking for a Senior People Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the People Systems strategy and roadmap while serving as the primary expert for the HRIS (Rippling)
- Design and implement automations and workflows to enhance the builder lifecycle
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity, driving compliance and security efforts across all systems
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in a People Systems or HRIS role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Rippling in a company of 300+ employees
- Experience with additional HCMs such as Workday or UKG
- Proven track record of maintaining data privacy and compliance standards
- Knowledge of corporate IT systems administration is a strong plus
