Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter for a remote contract opportunity with a financial services client.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 30-minute phone interviews for entry-level financial center or administrative roles, complete interview feedback forms, and schedule qualified candidates for interviews with hiring managers
- Schedule hiring manager interviews for other Talent Acquisition Advisors
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and iCIMS CRM for professional-level roles and build talent pipelines for future needs
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of previous interviewing experience for customer-facing roles, with phone interview experience preferred
- Experience scheduling interviews or meetings for others
- Experience with sourcing candidates, preferably using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience using a talent acquisition platform, preferably iCIMS
- Proficiency in MS Office
