Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and reward top talent
- Collaborate with HR leadership to align total rewards programs with overall people strategy
- Manage job leveling, salary surveys, and market analysis to inform compensation decisions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 10+ years of experience in a total rewards leadership role
- Experience in the technology industry preferred
- Proven track record of supporting a globally distributed workforce
- Experience with M&A processes is a significant asset
- Bachelor's Degree and relevant certifications (PHR, SPHR, CCP) preferred
