Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive recruitment or talent acquisition
• Preferred experience in professional services consulting in healthcare, technology, and education industries
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting senior-level executives across various industries
• Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
