Job Summary
A company is looking for a Labor Relations Specialist (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and interpretation of the collective bargaining agreement and monitor contract compliance
- Support grievance and dispute resolution processes, including investigation and documentation
- Build and maintain positive relationships with union representatives and participate in labor negotiations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of labor relations experience
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
- Experience in contract administration and grievance resolution
- Ability to analyze labor relations data and prepare reports
