Job Summary

A company is looking for a Labor Relations Specialist (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation and interpretation of the collective bargaining agreement and monitor contract compliance
  • Support grievance and dispute resolution processes, including investigation and documentation
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with union representatives and participate in labor negotiations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 years of labor relations experience
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
  • Experience in contract administration and grievance resolution
  • Ability to analyze labor relations data and prepare reports
