  • 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, particularly in R&D and Engineering sectors
  • Expertise in FLSA classification, job analysis, and pay equity compliance
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel with experience in compensation modeling and market pricing
  • Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects in a global company environment
