A company is looking for a Global HR Compliance Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide global HR compliance expertise for specific countries in the EMEA & APAC regions
• Review client's employment practices for alignment with local labor laws and regulations
• Advise on ADP Lyric field activation/utilization based on each country's requirements

Required Qualifications

• ADP Lyric implementation experience
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR regulations, and compliance standards in specific countries
• Ability to work independently
• Proactive and comprehensive communication skills
