A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HRIS to oversee HRIS platforms and optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and optimization of Workday, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Streamline core HR processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Establish data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with labor laws

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience administering and configuring Workday HCM
• Strong functional knowledge of core HCM and at least 2-3 additional modules
• Proven experience in leading system optimization projects and implementations
• Experience in a cross-functional environment involving HR, Finance, and IT
• Ability to mentor HRIS analysts and serve as a Workday subject matter expert
