Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and optimization of Workday, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Streamline core HR processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Establish data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with labor laws
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience administering and configuring Workday HCM
- Strong functional knowledge of core HCM and at least 2-3 additional modules
- Proven experience in leading system optimization projects and implementations
- Experience in a cross-functional environment involving HR, Finance, and IT
- Ability to mentor HRIS analysts and serve as a Workday subject matter expert
