Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential physician candidates using various platforms
- Create and manage job postings for physician roles, ensuring clarity and appeal
- Maintain and update a database of physician candidates, tracking their progress through the recruitment process
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of physician or APP recruitment experience; Radiologist recruitment experience required
- Experience using traditional and nontraditional resources to attract quality candidates
- Strong emphasis on accountability and high standards for talent
