Key Responsibilities
- Partners with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and solutions
- Screens resumes, conducts interviews, and makes hiring recommendations
- Develops and implements strategies to attract quality candidates through various resources
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of full-time experience in high-volume recruitment
- Experience recruiting for a variety of positions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Extensive experience with iCIMS is preferable
- Experience in conducting presentations and training
