Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Per Diem Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Partners with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and solutions
• Screens resumes, conducts interviews, and makes hiring recommendations
• Develops and implements strategies to attract quality candidates through various resources

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three years of full-time experience in high-volume recruitment
• Experience recruiting for a variety of positions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Extensive experience with iCIMS is preferable
• Experience in conducting presentations and training
