Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to efficiently source new freight sales agents for their agent program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify prospects and develop qualified leads through various outreach methods
• Effectively screen outbound leads to determine quality and maintain documentation in CRM
• Coordinate with various teams to implement talent sourcing and marketing strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in transportation preferred but not required
• 2 years of experience in networking, marketing, and lead generation preferred
• Demonstrated history of being an outgoing self-starter
• Strong organizational skills
