Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Outsourcing Associate to deliver HR consulting and outsourced services to small and mid-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for assigned clients, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
• Advise clients on HR policies and compliance with multi-state employment regulations
• Assist in developing HR workflows and processes tailored to client needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of HR Generalist or HR Consulting experience with exposure to multiple HR functions
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Rippling, ADP, Paychex)
• Knowledge of multi-state HR regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with HR assessments and compliance filings (e.g., EEO-1, OSHA)
