A company is looking for a Human Resources Outsourcing Associate to deliver HR consulting and outsourced services to small and mid-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for assigned clients, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
- Advise clients on HR policies and compliance with multi-state employment regulations
- Assist in developing HR workflows and processes tailored to client needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of HR Generalist or HR Consulting experience with exposure to multiple HR functions
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Rippling, ADP, Paychex)
- Knowledge of multi-state HR regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with HR assessments and compliance filings (e.g., EEO-1, OSHA)
