A company is looking for an Employee Communications Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional project management for the National Employee Communications Practice, ensuring successful execution of projects across multiple offices
- Develop and deliver multi-channel employee communications campaigns in collaboration with the Accounts team and Employee Communications Practice teammates
- Represent the practice in external engagements, presenting campaign strategies and performance insights to clients and prospects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, human resources, journalism, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in project management and campaign execution
- Proficiency in developing multi-channel communication strategies
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships
- Expertise in reporting and analyzing campaign effectiveness
