Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the People Technology System, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for People Technology System support and user assistance
  • Generate and analyze People reports, dashboards, and metrics for decision-making and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of HRIS administration or related HR systems experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and payroll
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HR systems administration is required
