A company is looking for an HRIS Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the People Technology System, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality
- Serve as the primary point of contact for People Technology System support and user assistance
- Generate and analyze People reports, dashboards, and metrics for decision-making and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of HRIS administration or related HR systems experience preferred
- Strong understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and payroll
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HR systems administration is required
