Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute compensation strategies, including salary structures and incentive plans
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain governance over job leveling and compensation architecture
- Lead and develop a high-performing compensation team while collaborating cross-functionally with various departments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in compensation strategy, program design, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or highly regulated industries preferred
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
