Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within technology-driven companies
- 5+ years of leadership and/or management experience in recruiting teams
- Strong experience supporting diverse functional areas, preferably GTM
- Analytical mindset to translate goals and metrics into actionable recruiting strategies
- Proven success in implementing innovative hiring practices that drive desired outcomes
