Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team across the Americas
• Design and implement innovative, scalable recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Partner with senior business leaders and HRBPs to align on workforce planning and hiring outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within technology-driven companies
• 5+ years of leadership and/or management experience in recruiting teams
• Strong experience supporting diverse functional areas, preferably GTM
• Analytical mindset to translate goals and metrics into actionable recruiting strategies
• Proven success in implementing innovative hiring practices that drive desired outcomes
