Key Responsibilities
- Manage people operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee handbooks, benefits, and payroll coordination
- Develop policies for compliance with employment regulations and act as a trusted advisor to managers
- Lead programs to enhance employee experience, engagement, performance management, and leadership development
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced, early to mid-stage environment
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and core HR processes
- Familiarity with analytical tools and HR systems of record
- Experience managing global workforces, particularly in the US, UK, and Canada
- Ability to align people operations and strategy with business outcomes and goals
