Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Workday HRIS Support Analyst to support their internal team with Workday configuration and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Workday configurations, security assignments, and maintain business processes
- Support core HCM functionality and partner with Talent Acquisition on workflows and onboarding processes
- Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity for HR decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday administration/configuration experience
- Strong knowledge of HCM Core and Recruiting modules
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Report Writer
- Understanding of Workday security framework and business process configuration
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
