Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist for a 6-month cover.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new hires through onboarding, contracts, data collection, and internal enrollments
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and manage employment changes and offboarding processes
- Ensure accurate HRIS data management and support the delivery of People Team projects and programs
Required Qualifications
- Experience with employee lifecycle management, including onboarding and payroll data collection
- Solid understanding of labor law legislation, preferably EU legislation
- Experience with data management in Workday HRIS
- Basic project management understanding
- Fluent in English; knowledge of a local language is an advantage
