A company is looking for a Benefits & HR System Specialist (UKG Ready Focus) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UKG Ready implementations for HR and employee benefits administration
- Gather detailed requirements from clients, brokers, and third-party vendors
- Administer employee benefits programs and troubleshoot EDI issues
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in benefits administration, preferably in an implementation or consulting role
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration software and systems, with preferred experience in UKG Ready
- Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
