Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement UKG Ready HR modules, including onboarding workflows and performance management
- Lead client discovery sessions to gather requirements and design HR processes
- Train clients on HR modules and provide ongoing system support
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience implementing UKG Ready or similar HCM platforms
- Proven experience with HR modules including onboarding workflows and ATS
- Functional expertise in Payroll, Tax, Time and Attendance, and Accruals
- Familiarity with other HR systems such as ADP or Paychex
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
