Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Makes timely intensity of services determinations or refers to higher-level review when indicated
• Provides linkage to community services as needed and identifies a wide range of community resources
• Adheres to documentation requirements and customer service level agreements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate degree from an accredited educational program in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in children's mental health or related public sector human services
• Background in family systems, community systems, and case management
• Active NJ clinical licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist
• Clinical and cultural competency to manage complex cases across child-serving systems
