Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Specialist, Compliance & Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with HR compliance, benefits, and annual audits while advising leadership on best practices
  • Support leave of absence and benefits administration as a backup during peak periods
  • Monitor compliance with employment laws and maintain the employee handbook
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, including 2-3+ years in Compliance, Leave Administration, & Benefits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding of employment-related compliance with federal and state laws
  • Experience in renewable energy or related fast-paced industries is preferred
