- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and improve benefits administration processes through automation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in benefits administration, compensation analysis, or total rewards
- Proven experience in wellness program design and benefits process improvements
- Experience with HRIS platforms and payroll integrations
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, including ACA reporting and 401k testing
