• Analyze compensation data and market trends to provide recommendations for competitive pay structures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and improve benefits administration processes through automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in benefits administration, compensation analysis, or total rewards
• Proven experience in wellness program design and benefits process improvements
• Experience with HRIS platforms and payroll integrations
• Knowledge of compliance requirements, including ACA reporting and 401k testing
