Key Responsibilities
- Increase support for the Talent Acquisition team due to growing demand
- Manage 15-20 requisitions simultaneously across various recruiting focus areas
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on offer development and present recruiting data
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Experience in full lifecycle recruiting and independent sourcing
- Ability to partner with Hiring Managers and influence stakeholders
- Experience in Sales & Marketing recruitment is preferred; Supply Chain and IT are acceptable
- Familiarity with data presentation and market insights in recruiting
