Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Workday modules
- Build strong relationships with HR and business leaders to translate needs into system solutions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across HR functions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or Information Systems; or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of professional experience, preferably with ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle
- Minimum 5+ years of comprehensive experience in Workday HCM and project management
- Deep expertise in Workday functional areas: HCM, Time Tracking, Absence & Advanced Compensation
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Workday tools
