A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze existing job architecture, including job titles, responsibilities, and market pricing
- Design a scalable global job framework with families, levels, career paths, and standardized job descriptions
- Develop a market-competitive compensation structure, including salary ranges, pay grades, and incentive programs
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in compensation design and enterprise-wide job architecture projects
- Deep understanding of federal contracting requirements and global HR practices
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects independently
- Experience with HRIS/compensation systems and compensation surveys
- Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
