Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR coordination
• Experience with SaaS, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume tasks
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Preference for candidates in the central or eastern time zone
