Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global HR Business Partner and Practice Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to regional and country leadership on talent strategies and HR initiatives
- Supervise and guide HR Managers in developing strategic plans, managing employee relations, and executing performance management processes
- Conduct HR metrics analysis to identify trends and recommend solutions, while supporting talent acquisition and organizational change initiatives
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree or HR certification preferred
- At least 9 years of progressive HR experience, with 5 years in leadership roles focused on talent management in developing countries
- Demonstrated experience in handling complex employee relations issues
- Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and influence executive leadership
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is beneficial
