- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in an HR Business Partner role
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment during a time of transformation
- Experience supporting data-driven teams
- Strong understanding of HR compliance regulations and employment laws
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
